Body Ordour

Having a bath in baking soda kills off acid-loving bacteria that feed on perspiration and produce yucky smells.  Or baking soda deodorant, mix baking soda and coconut oil to form a paste, add an essential oil (of your choice), and use daily.

Mosquito Free

Clove essential oil is proven to repel these monsters for up to 4 hours, matching and even out lasting DEET.  If you have sensitive skin just dab on your socks or shirts instead of directly on the skin.  Also, plant some clove around your outdoor living space.

Have fun and be safe this summer, there is so much going on, take time to hydrate, exercise, eat a rainbow of fruits and veggies and don’t forget your weekly acupuncture sessions. Rejuvenate, restore, and replenish your Qi for a healthy body.  Acupuncture is a ‘jab’ well done!
